Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To initiate a return, please contact us at me@emmila.beauty with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Please ship the product back to us at the provided address.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at me@emmila.beauty with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
