Let’s get one thing straight—losing weight isn’t easy. It takes discipline, motivation, and the right approach. But that’s why I’m here! I’m sharing my journey, the mistakes I made, and the healthiest way I found to reach my goals.

Growing up, I was too skinny and wanted to gain weight. But after some health issues in high school, I had to take injections that—without my knowledge—caused fat retention, no matter how slim I was. By 25, 37% of my body was fat!

A nutritionist advised me to follow a high-protein, low-carb, low-fat diet. The problem? It wasn’t sustainable—especially while living in Lebanon, where family meals are rich in carbs and fats. I tried everything: skipping meals, cutting out cheese (which I love), and eating low-fat snacks. But instead of losing fat, I gained more!

Later, stress caused me to lose weight again, yet my body fat remained high. That’s when I discovered the Keto Diet. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me what to eat, what to avoid, and how to make better choices. Eventually, I found a way to stay in my best shape with minimal workouts and delicious food while staying active!

Now, let’s dive into the best natural way to burn fat and reduce cellulite!

Go on a Low-Carb Diet

Most people think avoiding rice, pasta, and bread is enough. But carbs are hidden in almost everything—including supplements! That’s why I suggest a low-carb diet instead of strict keto.

Why reduce carbs?

• Carbs give a quick energy boost but fade fast, leading to constant hunger and cravings.

• When the body has carbs available, it burns them first—leaving fat stored in unwanted areas.

What To Eat Instead?

1. Eat More Proteins, Good Fats & Moderate Fruits

Here are some low-carb, nutrient-rich food choices. Always go organic when possible!

Proteins

✔ Beef & lamb

✔ Chicken & turkey

✔ Seafood

✔ Eggs

✔ Cheese

✔ Nuts (raw or roasted)

✔ Whole milk & full-cream yogurt (use non-dairy if intolerant)

Superfoods

✔ Real coffee

✔ Dark chocolate

✔ Berries

✔ Dried fruits

✔ Chia seeds

✔ Collagen peptides

✔ Raw honey (moderation!)

✔ Hemp hearts

✔ Wheat germ

✔ Avocados

✔ Tahini & nut butter

2. Replace Sugar with Honey & Natural Sweeteners

Limit honey to 1 tbsp/day.

Stevia is a great alternative—adjust to the taste over time. Start by adding it to tea and coffee.

3. Try My Favorite Low-Carb, Low-Sugar Foods

✔ Low-carb tortillas

✔ Cocoa hazelnut protein spread

✔ Chocolate sea salt granola

✔ Keto bread

✔ Sugar-free pancake syrup

✔ Mint chocolate chunk ice cream

Drink Plenty of Fluids

Replace soda with sparkling water (I love La Croix—just check for zero sugar).

Drink teas (without sugar or with Stevia). Try making homemade iced tea in summer.

Add Essential Oils to Your Routine

👉 Rule of Thumb: Use only high-quality, organic essential oils. Anything else could be unsafe, especially when consumed.
